EAP or Employee Assistance Programme is a generic term for a workplace service that assists with guidance, counselling, training and support for personal and work issues. EAPworks is the name of Workplace Connections Ltd's EAP programme.
Who is EAP for?
EAP is for management and staff of organisations and companies whether they have 2 or 200+ staff. Programmes are customised according to the size, needs and culture of the organisation. The service is confidential, independent and non-judgemental.

"EAPworks" Employee Assistance Programme was established in 1998 as the cornerstone of Workplace Connections Ltd's services. EAPworks provides a range of quality professional services that assist both employees and employers.
Our EAP programme promotes and enhances positive workplace communities throughout New Zealand. We provide practical assistance when personal or work issues arise that may impact on work performance.
We offer opportunities for you to be listened to and supported, and a place where you can gain practical strategies and information to assist you to move forward positively.
Employee Assistance Programmes are an integral part of workplace Health & Safety programmes.
